Synopsis

At first, we find the dictionary in the shelf. We notice the dictionary hasn’t been opened or flipped through in a long time… it has been just standing there, alone. We hold it and feel its weight. We close our eyes and open the dictionary to a random page. We mark a point on the page with our index finger and open our eyes: What word do we find?

Dicionário is a collective game for children and a challenge for the adults who accompany them. In four episodes, released by LU.CA – Teatro Luís de Camões in February 2021, SillySeason offers a journey into the universe of a selection of words – long and short, easy and difficult – that can be found in a dictionary.

To participate, the only thing viewers need is, of course, a dictionary!
